The interesting question that rises isn't just who decides when agents act, but who decides how they act. As teams deploy more coding and operational agents, governance shifts from approvals and oversight to ensuring agents follow architecture, ADRs, engineering standards, and shared context. Otherwise autonomy quickly turns into organizational drift.

Totally agree, risking to bring the full automation that AI can give in the same bottle neck
